Established as a 50:50 joint venture between AICHELIN Holding GmbH of Austria and UNITHERM Engineers Limited of India, the company combines global technology leadership with strong local engineering expertise. From its production facility in Pune, India, AICHELIN UNITHERM manufactures state-of-the-art heat treatment furnaces for both domestic and international markets.
Backed by its strategic partnership with the AICHELIN Group, a leading European provider of heat treatment solutions, AICHELIN UNITHERM has rapidly strengthened its position among India’s top heat treatment technology companies. Its portfolio spans a wide range of heat treatment furnaces, including sealed quench furnaces, continuous pusher furnaces, continuous mesh belt furnaces, roller hearth furnaces, rotary hearth furnaces, gas nitriding furnaces, pit furnaces, washing machines, endogas generators and more.
In the aluminum heat treatment sector, AICHELIN UNITHERM has supplied T6 furnaces and leverages the expertise of its group company, AFC-Holcroft USA (part of the AICHELIN Group), to manufacture these systems in India.
For the steel industry, AICHELIN UNITHERM delivers state-of-the-art, high-temperature, large-capacity heat treatment furnaces manufactured in India using the AICHELIN Group’s design expertise and technical know-how.
