The Continuous Drum / Mesh Belt Washing Machine designed with optimized design and the precise and careful manufacturing rotary of the drum guarantees an optimal stirring of the parts in the different machine zones. Running principles of the washing machine type TPAS
The parts are loaded in bulk or ranged on the stainless steel mesh belt conveyor and transported continuously in the various zones of the tunnel to stand out perfectly cleaned and dried.
The spraying ramps are located above the parts and underneath the conveyor belt.
The drying zone, working with hot air, guarantees a high efficiency.
The parts are continuously degreased and dried in the best conditions without risk of impacts.
