The Mesh Belt Furnace T-Series with Muffle from Aichelin Unitherm is designed for controlled, continuous heat treatment of small to medium-sized components in high-volume production environments. Built with a sealed muffle and integrated quenching system, it ensures precise atmosphere control for processes like carburising, carbonitriding, austempering and through hardening.

With flexible heating options, advanced process control, and compatibility with protective gas systems, the T-Series delivers uniform results, reduced oxidation and optimal metallurgical quality across a wide range of industrial applications.

Additional technical features

  • Mesh Belt Furnace with muffle.

  • Furnaces for continuous heat treatment using mesh belt and integral quench tank.

  • Complemented with protective-gas generators and advance process control system.

  • For treating parts in bulk or positioned on the belt, normally weighing up to approx. 0.45 kg, depending on their geometry and the desired result up to 0.5 mm CHD.
