Continuous Drum / Mesh Belt Washing Machine

The parts are loaded in bulk at the machine inlet in constant rate. Carried continuously through the rotary drum made of stainless steel screw, successively to the zones of :

Cleaning by immersion
Spraying and draining
Rinsing by spraying and draining
Pulsed hot air drying

The optimized design with precise and careful manufacturing of rotary drum guarantees an optimal stirring of the parts in the different machine zones. This assures a high efficiency drying for flat parts and for parts with liquid retention shapes.

Alternative mesh belt type washing machine can also be offered based on application.
